Is there really an equal and opposite force for everything? Out of every positive, must there exist a negative? Out of every negative, must there exist a positive? According to Virilio in Crepuscular Dawn, it does. Bad things happen so that we can learn from the mistake. Concentration camps needed to happen because then we might be doomer to repeat it.
