The articles which we read on Google technology to complete this site demonstrated both the exciting potential and troubling threats posed by the indexing technology which the company has developed. Their suite of services provides a level of convergence which makes life significantly easier when used properly but could also provide a central vulnerable access point. If someone gained access to your Google account and information then they could gather information related to all aspects of your life. I am an avid Google product user and this single account service is very convenient but also makes me uneasy. Nevertheless, the privacy which I surrender and the risks which I take through this are offset by the convenience of a central data point.
