Welcome

Over the course of the semester, the Interactive Multimedia Communication course explored and discussed many of the ethical issues and implications of technological developments. The purpose of this site is to give an overview of some of the main topics to give the visitor a crash course in technology. The central concept of this course and the discussion is the concept of Singularity, which was best defined by Ray Kurzweil. The Singularity is the result of the convergence of many different areas of technology, which is constantly increasing the role of technology in our lives.
