There have been great strides made in the field of artificial intelligence, particularly in the past decade. This powerful technology may someday have the ability to artificially expand the human mind. There have been several movies and books which have predicted a doomsday type scenario for artificial intelligence, with robots eventually overpowering humans and enslaving them. While there is not way to guarentee that this is completely outside the realm of possibility, artificial intelligence is here to stay and humans will most likely need to rely on it in the future in order to stay ahead. Imagine being able to learn information simply by downloading it or having the power to supercharge your brain so that it can process information at many times its normal rate. In order to survive in the 21st century, you will need to embrace artificial intelligence.
