One thing that bothered me in all of the readings that we did was that there did not seem to be a mid-point perspective. I understand that it is more interesting to read about the opposing opinions in order to discuss their validity but I think in actuality there are very few cases in which either end of the spectrum is completely correct. I think that the world exists more in grays than it does in black and white and I think that it is important to acknowledge this when talking about an issue.
The computer seems to be the first and most iconic development of the modern technological movement. It has allowed us many things that were not previously available to us. Communication is quicker and more fluid. You can send a message to any person in the world at any time and they can get back to you when they are available.
It has also created more complex issues for us to deal with. There are new moral issues that must be considered and dealt with.
